Lost an item at the airport?
Please go to the information point located in the departure area of the terminal or complete the online loss form.
Airport Lost & Found service will get back to you as soon as possible.
NB: For items lost on board a plane, bus, VTC, Taxi or in the lounges are taken care of by the concerned services.
Beyond 6 months, they are subject to an inventory and handed over to ANACIM.
Security:
You must bring your passport or other administrative documents to the departure from the airport and according to your destination.

To enter Senegal:
Sanitary measures in force:
You need a vaccination certificate called a health pass with a mandatory QR code or present an RT-PCR test dated less than 72 hours from the day of sampling.
Any passenger wishing to travel to Senegal is required to respect these conditions.
To leave Senegal, the traveler is required to respect the policy of the country of destination.
NB: sanitary measures differ from one country to another.

Unaccompanied children:
The minor’s accompaniment service allows your children to travel alone. It should be noted that the age range varies from 5 to 12 years depending on the airline.
You can check with your airline for any additional information.
PRM: Person with Reduced Mobility:
To benefit from assistance as soon as you arrive at the airport in the best conditions: we recommend that you submit your request to the airline 48 hours before the departure time of your flight
Traveling with a pet:
If you want to travel with a pet, here are the formalities to be completed:
- Your pet’s vaccination record must be up to date.
- We recommend that you notify your airline or travel agency 72 hours before.
For the comfort of your pet during the trip, the transport cage must be ventilated.
Indicate inside the cage, your name, the name of the pet, your address, your phone number and your destination.
